Diploma in Cookery:
This course is designed especially for young boys and girls who wish to utilize their time to learn the skills and to achieve greater heights in food line which is approximately 500 Billion US Dollars industry. We lay emphasis on teaching practical aspects of the course.
Curriculum
All major four cuisines are covered into this course- Indian, Chinese, Continental and Tandoor Cuisine. Daily practical, Customer Care, Table Layout Creation and Preparation of new food items, Kitchen Planning, Hotel Training, Storage and Preservation of Food, Cleanliness, Costing, Industry exposure.
Learning Outcome
Practical & theoretical knowledge of overall Indian, Chinese, continental & Tandoor cuisine, make students ready for job, increases creativity, able to prepare food in bulk, multi-tasking skills.
