Workshop on Food Preservation

NFCI Hotel Management & Cooking Institute organized a workshop on Food Preservation for students of Vocational Training Program of Govt. Senior Secondary School, Village Poonian, Tehsil Shahkot, District Jalandhar on 18th January 2019 at NFCI Jalandhar Campus. In this workshop, students learnt various preserved dishes from the experienced chefs of NFCI. The dishes included Dry Cake, Imli ki Chutney and Adrak ka achaar.
Overall there were 38 student, 25 boys & 13 girls and also 3 faculty members from Govt. Senior Secondary School.
