Duration of course are: - Certificate in Cookery: 1.5 years (Including Industrial Training), Advance Certificate in Bakery: 1.5 years (Including Industrial Training), CICS+CIFP: 1.5 years (Including Industrial Training), Food Safety & Hygiene: 3 months, Customer Service executive (Meet & Greet): 3 months, Food and Beverage Service-Steward: 4.5 months, Housekeeping Supervisor: 3 months, Assistant Chef: 6 months, Commis chef: 1.5 years (Including Industrial Training), Front Office operations: 1.5 years (Including Industrial Training), Catering Management: 1.5 years (Including Industrial Training), Bakery nd Confectionary: 1.5 years (Including Industrial Training), Certificate in Bakery: 3 months, Certificate n Indian & Tandoori: 3 months, Certificate in Chinese & Continental: 2 months

Affiliated with an International Organization of Hospitality Courses, AHLEI (American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute) and NIOS (National Institutes of Open Schooling) for Vocational Courses.
For study material only ENGLISH is used. Communication and lectures are provided in Regional Language for the Student.
1:15 students are taken in Single Batch so everyone present in the class can learn effectively. Also, Trainer get chance to interact with every student for 10 minutes individually.
NFCI figures out in-house practices at every Celebration, Winter Holiday, Mango Celebration, and from time to time, our students participate in Public and Worldwide Contests. By participating in Occasions, students become confident and get ready for future hardships.
The eligibility to get admission is minimum 8th for 3 months to 6 months course and 10th for 1 year course.
