Ingredients For Making Chop Masala:

Oil 100 gm
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion chopped 250 gm
Ginger garlic paste 10 gm
Coriander powder 5 gm
Red chilli powder 5 gm
Turmeric 5 gm
Deghi mirch 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chillies fine chopped  1 tsp
Tomatoes chopped 250 gm
Garam masala 5 gm

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and onion sauté till golden brown.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste sauté for 1 min.
  3. Add red chilli, turmeric, salt and coriander powder and add some water cook for 1 min.
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till oil separates add garam masala.
