The recipe’s mild, thick, creamy gravy is inspired by the food of Central Asia and came to India during the rule of the famous Mughal dynasty. |Desi ghee||2 tbsp|
|Ginger fine chop||1 tsp|
|Green chilli fine chop||½ tsp|
|Mughlai gravy||200 gm|
|Garam masala||½ tsp|
- Heat ghee in a pan add ginger, green chilli and chicken sauté for 5 min. on low heat.
- Now add Mughlai gravy and 100 ml water cover and cook for 20 min .on low heat.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with green coriander.
- Serve with Indian bread.
