Recipe of Mughlai Veg

Mughlai Veg
Vegetables   (Carrot, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Green peas, Mushroom, Beans)300 gm
Desi ghee2 tbsp
Ginger fine chop1 tsp
Green chilli fine chop½ tsp
Mughlai gravy200 gm
Garam masala½ tsp
Green corianderfor garnish


  1. Cut veg finger shape or dice cut.
  2. Deep fry all veg except green peas.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan add ginger and green chilli sauté for few seconds.
  4. Then add Mughlai veg and deep fry veg cook for 3 -4 min.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with green coriander.
