Shahi paneer is a preparation of paneer, indigenous to the Indian subcontinent, consisting of a thick gravy of cream.
|Desi ghee||2 tbsp|
|Ginger fine chop||1 tsp|
|Green chilli fine chop||½ tsp|
|Mughlai gravy||200 gm|
|Garam masala||½ tsp|
|Green coriander||for garnish|
- Cut paneer dice cut.
- Heat ghee in a pan add ginger and green chilli sauté for few seconds.
- Then add Mughlai gravy and paneer cook for 2-3 min.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with green coriander.
