Recipe of Veg Korma

Veg Korma

Ingredients:

Vegetables (carrot, cauliflower, potato, beans, mushroom, peas)300 gm
Oil fordeep fry
Brown gravy200 gm
Garam masala1 tsp
Green corianderfor garnish
Cream1 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Cut vegetables into finger cuts and deep fry.
  2. Heat gravy in a pan, add fried veg cook for 2-3 min.
  3. Sprinkle garam masala.
  4. Garnish with green coriander and cream.
